Introducing the 475 kW Brabus version of Smart #5

The Brabus performance version of the Smart #5, which was first introduced for the Australian market last year and is preparing to enter the European market after China this year, has been introduced. The new Smart #5 Brabus, which differs from the standard model with its design and performance, will be on sale in Germany with prices starting from 60,900 euros.

The most powerful versions of the Smart #5, which has an electric motor producing 250 kW power at the entry level, have a power of 432 kW. The new Smart #5 Brabus increases the maximum power to 475 kW. This dual-motor all-wheel drive vehicle can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds in Launch Control mode. Brabus has also added a mode with simulated engine sound to the car to please performance enthusiasts.

Smart #5 Brabus' platform with 800V electrical architecture enables DC charging speeds of up to 400 kW. In this way, the 100 kWh battery reaches from 10% to 80% charge in just 18 minutes. The WLTP range of the electric model, which offers high performance, was announced as 540 kilometers.

When we look at the body design of the electric model, we see that it differs from other versions with 21-inch wheels, red brake calipers and sporty design details. The interior features an Alcantara-covered steering wheel with an illuminated Brabus logo.

Other notable features of Smart #5 Brabus include sporty pedals, Brabus logos, 256-color ambient lighting, front seats with heating and cooling function, heated rear seats, two 13-inch OLED screens and a 21-speaker Sennheiser Signature sound system.
